There are 4 primary locations:

How does it works?

It varies depending on which shared ownership you’re speaking of.


In general, for Evolution, Legends, and Horstman House: Owners get a specific week (A, B, C, or D rotation)

• Check-in Friday to Friday

• Every 4th year includes Christmas & New Year’s as a bonus

• You have the option to rent out unused weeks through management services.

Monthly Fees & Costs? 💰

All-inclusive fees cover:

• Strata fees

• Tourism Whistler fees

• Yearly property taxes

• Utilities (Hydro, Cable, Internet)

• Additional Fee: ~$85 cleaning fee per stay

• Repairs & Maintenance: Costs are divided evenly among all 4 owners

Fractional ownership in Whistler is limited, so when they come on they typically don’t last long.

full ownership options that allow short term nightly rentals?


➡️ That would be TA Zoned (Tourist Accommodation) homes with a Phase 1 or Phase 2 covenant on title. 



Phase 1: 

The most flexible when it comes to owner usage and short term nightly rental allowance. You're able to use it as much as you like personally, and rent it out nightly as much as you like.



Phase 2: 

Typically in hotel complexes in the village. These homes allow for personal usage for up to 28 days in the winter and 28 days in the summer. The rest of the time, it's a hands off experience, managed by the hotel management, earning revenue for you.
