It’s ideal for outdoor lovers with trails, lakes, and parks nearby and the valley trail at your doorstep. Families and investors alike value the variety of homes and the quiet, community feel. Nordic is where nature and accessibility meet in Whistler.

Creekside

Brio

Close enough to the village, but still a quiet, residential neighbourhood with a lot of families, and long time locals. You’ll find a mix of classic Whistler homes, and beautiful chalets in this neighbourhood a walk away from the action.

As the original base of Whistler Mountain, Creekside has a rich history and a thriving community. It’s a go-to spot for skiing, with direct lift access and a quieter, more relaxed vibe compared to the main village. The area is home to great restaurants, shops, and après-ski spots, making it ideal for those who want a more local, intimate feel while still being close to the action.

Blueberry

White Gold & Spruce Grove

If you’re looking for a chalet or single family home, with flat walking access straight into the action of the village, and the Lost Lake Trails, this is the place for you. Very close to the Waldorf Elementary School and a sorts field as well.

You’ll be basking in mountain views, close to the lake and Blueberry docks, and just a few steps from a golf course, and a 15 minute walk to the village. There’s a mix of nightly rental options, and residential homes in this beautiful neighbourhood.

The Village

Benchlands

If you’re in the village, look up towards the upper village, and you’ll find yourself on the roads to the Benchlands. Just about a 10 minute walk from the main village, you’re slightly away from the buzz of the village, but still in perfect proximity of the mountain for ski in ski out action in the winter, and bike trails out your door step in the summer.

The main event. If you like being amongst the action, in close proximity to everything, with the endless options to do nightly rentals, this is the place for you.

Wedge

Kadenwood

Beautiful homes perched above Creekside, with the ability to rent nightly (which is rare for a residential neighbourhood such as this). You’ll find some of Whistler’s finest homes here, with a private gondola to take you back up from Creekside after a good day of skiing.

15 minutes north of Whistler Village, you’ll find spacious neighbourhood with views for days, and beautiful chalets. It’s a more private feel, but lands you away from the hustle and bustle, and that much closer to the adventures that Pemberton and Duffy Lake provides.

Stonebridge

Westside

This alternate route from Highway 99 takes you along Alpha Lake, Nita Lake and Alta Lake all the way to Alpine Meadows. Along here you’ll find some long time locals, beautiful homes directly on Alta Lake, and insane views of Whistler Blackcomb. In the summer, you’re a walk away from the popular Rainbow Park, and bike trails.

Similar to the feel of Kadenwood, but perched on the other side of Alta Lake, Stonebridge is home to some of Whistler’s most high end homes, and some of the best views in town of Whistler Blackcomb.

Nicklaus North

And Green Lake Estates…

The neighbourhood you can float plane directly to from Vancouver. You’ll be steps from Green Lake (the one lake that allows boast to go fast enough to wake board + wake surf). Not to mention Whistler’s best patio (Table 19), the trails of Lost Lake, Meadow Park Sports Centre, and a driving range. This neighbourhood has some beautiful chalets, and options for nightly rental.

Alta Vista

Lake side living in Whistler! This neighbourhood is a stones throw from Lakeside and Wayside Park on Alta Lake. If you’re into wind sports, head to the boat launch for a good session on your wing foil. If you’re more into relaxing, have a nap on the docks, hop on a friend’s barge, or SUP down to the end of the lake to float down River of Golden Dreams all the way to Green Lake. Winter? Bring out the skates for a community hockey game. When it comes to homes, you’ll find residential chalets right on the water, and it’s all just a 15 minute walk to the village.
